Val Hennelly is Head of the Dispute Resolution Unit in HMRC. Val has a wide experience in HMRC from
capital gains, to LBS sector lead and employment income technical and policy. Her team is currently running a pilot on alternative dispute resolution for large and complex issues, and supporting other initiatives on collaborative working in HMRC.
