Fiona McRobert joined the (then) Inland Revenue in 2000 and worked in compliance prior to taking up a post as a Technical Adviser. Having represented HMRC as a Mediator within the Dispute Resolution Team dealing mainly with complex cases, she is now an Assistant Director and leads the ADR team.
