This is the second part of the series of articles following the development of a property company — Albion Trading Company Ltd (Albion). So far Albion has expanded from their initial premises and moved into a new site at the Hawthorns Industrial Estate on 1 July 2002 cost £254 100. Albion is going to develop this for its taxable business (import and export of goods) and also its exempt treasury function.
