RCI Europe Ltd (RCI) is one of the two big timeshare exchange companies based in the UK the other being Interval International Ltd. The essence of the service offering is to recruit subscribers owning timeshare weeks in affiliated resorts (usually when developed) and to offer them effectively a marketplace in which they can exchange their week (or weeks) for the equivalent in another resort anywhere in the world.
