The draft Double Taxation Relief and International Tax Enforcement (Kyrgyzstan) Order 2017 will bring into effect the new UK/Kyrgyzstan double taxation convention, signed on 13 June 2017. The convention has not yet entered into force.
The draft International Tax Enforcement (Bermuda) Order 2017 will bring into effect the exchange of letters between the UK and Bermuda, signed in June 2017, providing for automatic exchange of information. When it enters into force, this will replace the 2007 tax information exchange arrangement.
