I was delighted to welcome well over a hundred indirect tax practitioners to the Glazier's Hall on the Thames to find out who had won these exciting new Awards.
We had three categories for this first year of the Awards but expect to expand them in the future. There were two Awards for which we elicited nominations: the first was for someone who has made an Outstanding Contribution to Indirect Tax which was sponsored by McGrigors LLP; the second for a Rising Star in Indirect Tax which was sponsored by BLT.
