Loughlin Hickey KPMG Global Managing Partner for Tax shared his own vision for such a future in front of an invited audience at the annual ICAEW Tax Faculty Hardman Lecture: an audience which included a former Chancellor of the Exchequer Lord Howe of Aberavon.
