House of Lords Report Stage for the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill has been scheduled for 19 April 2023. A revised version of the Bill (as amended at Lords Committee Stage) has been published. The ‘sunset’ clauses, which would automatically disapply any remaining retained EU law from 31 December 2023, have not been removed, but a new clause 2 has been added which provides new exceptions to the sunset, including for ‘relevant financial services law’.
