The draft Registered Pension Schemes (Authorised Payments) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 make amendments to secondary pensions tax legislation in consequence of the abolition of contracting-out through defined contribution pension schemes. Finance Bill 2013 contains corresponding amendments to primary legislation. Comments are invited until 1 March 2013.
