The Value Added Tax (Refund of Tax to Museums and Galleries) (Amendment) Order, SI 2016/235, adds three new bodies, and four new sites connected with existing bodies, to the list of museums and galleries entitled to claim refunds of VAT they incur in providing free admission to their collections. The order comes into force on 1 April 2016.
