As announced in the June 2015 issue of Pension Schemes Newsletter, HMRC has temporarily suspended its published list of recognised overseas pension schemes, since some schemes previously listed do not meet the pension age test. Previous lists should not therefore be relied upon for confirmation that a scheme has been properly notified to HMRC. The updated list will be made available by 1 July.
