EY has announced the appointment of David Kilshaw, the former head of KPMG’s private client tax practice, who will be joining the firm as a partner in 2014.
Law firms Lawrence Graham and Wragge & Co are in merger talks to create a firm expected to be worth £170m. Quentin Poole, senior partner at Wragge & Co, confirmed on Monday that the discussions were taking place, saying: ‘We are exploring how clients might benefit from our two firms forming closer ties.’
