HMRC has also updated a number of PDF forms for QROPS to coincide with the introduction of The Registered Pension Schemes and Overseas Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations, SI 2013/2259, that will come into force on 14 October 2013. These revised forms will be available in the forms area of the HMRC website for use from 14 October 2013. Further information will be given in an announcement on that date.
