The OECD has published the first schedule for the mutual agreement procedure (MAP) peer review and monitoring process under the BEPS action plan Action 14. The first batch will begin in December, comprising the reviews of Belgium, Canada, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Key documents for the review were released on 20 October.
Taxpayers are invited to provide input on the first batch of reviews via a questionnaire by 28 November. See here.
