The OECD Global Forum has published 10 new peer review reports on progress towards implementation of the international standard for exchange of information. These include phase 2 compliance ratings for: Switzerland, Albania, Cameroon, Gabon, Pakistan, Senegal and Saint Lucia (rated ‘largely compliant’); and United Arab Emirates (rated ‘partially compliant’).
Phase 1 reports on Ukraine and Liberia found both jurisdictions ready to move to the next round of reviews.
