HMRC has updated the list of notices made under the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018 to add a new section 3 ‘Form of customs declaration – Royal Mail Group’ that has the force of law under TCBTA 2018 Sch 1 para 4. This sets out the customs declaration for goods imported into Great Britain by the universal service provider under the rules of the Universal Postal Convention.
