We are delighted to welcome Francesca Lagerberg Head of the National Tax Office at Grant Thornton on to the Editorial Board of The Tax Journal. Francesca is involved in all areas of tax but is particularly involved in personal and SME issues and we expect her to be a very useful working addition to the Board. The 'vacancy' for someone from Grant Thornton was created by Heather Self's move to HMRC to work in the Anti-Avoidance Group. We are however pleased that Heather will remain on the Board in her new role.
