The Individual Savings Account (Amendment No 2) Regulations 2016, SI 2016/364, introduce the new innovative finance ISA from 6 April 2016, for which interest and gains from peer-to-peer loans will be eligible investments. The regulations also update the rules for flexible accounts to allow replacement subscriptions using certain types of employee share scheme shares.
