New double taxation agreements

Three new double taxation conventions have been signed, but are not yet in force.

·        The UK and Turkmenistan signed a new double taxation convention on 10 June 2016, which will replace the 1985 UK/USSR convention. See http://bit.ly/28VyNXL.
