Mexico has deposited its instrument of ratification for the Multilateral Convention to Implement Tax Treaty Related Measures to Prevent Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (Multilateral Instrument), which now covers around 1,850 bilateral tax treaties. The MLI will enter into force on 1 July 2023 for Mexico.
