Having attended The Tax Journal's 2005 Christmas party and noted with interest that the Editor would be actively commissioning articles aimed at medium-sized businesses (the 'Ms' in 'SMEs' as referred to in the Editor's speech on page 5 of The Tax Journal Issue 819 9 January 2006) almost the very next day after reading this I chanced upon a document on the HMRC website entitled 'Findings of the Review of Links with Medium-Sized Businesses'.
