He possesses perhaps the fastest-growing profile in the tax world. The former head of tax at Clifford Chance he now runs Tax Policy Associates a not-for-profit company which he founded in 2022. Last year he engaged in a well-documented spat which toppled a chancellor of the Exchequer. He has recently named and shamed a prominent KC for advice given around the establishment of an egregious tax avoidance scheme. He is of course Dan Neidle. Where has he come from?
