The late Gothic splendour of the Royal Holloway College in Surrey was the backdrop for this year's annual residential Tax Faculty conference ably chaired on the first day by Francesca Lagerberg the current chairman of the Tax Faculty and on the second day by Paul Aplin — next year's chairman.
