On 15 October, the Public Bill Committee completed its consideration of the Bill, agreeing two amendments to Schedule 8 (direct recovery of tax debts), and therefore did not meet on 20 October. The Bill, as amended (see www.bit.ly/1Rz5jUi), will now go to its third reading and report stage in the House of Commons on 26 October 2015.
