A Public Bill Committee will begin its consideration of the Bill on Tuesday and Thursday next week.

Clause 1 (charge for 2012/13 and rates for 2012/13 and subsequent tax years) was agreed.

Clause 209 and Sch 33 (bank levy) were agreed.

Clause 189 and Sch 23 (air passenger duty) were agreed.

19 April

Clause 4 (personal allowances from 2013) was agreed.

Clause 8 and Sch 1 (high income child benefit charge) were agreed.
