The Treasury minister David Gauke has confirmed in a written statement to Parliament that the Finance Bill will be published on Tuesday 24 March. Copies of the explanatory notes on the Bill will be available on gov.uk. The Bill must be enacted before the dissolution of Parliament on Monday 30 March. (See also here)
