The Excise Duties (Road Fuel Gas) (Reliefs) Regulations, SI 2011/2905, provide partial relief from excise duty, and the Excise Duties (Surcharges or Rebates) (Hydrocarbon Oils etc.) Order, SI 2011/2904, makes adjustments to the main fuel duty rates, to give effect to the Chancellor's decision to defer to August 2012 the increases planned for January 2012.
