The appellant is the representative member of a group which includes a Ford main dealer. The dealer went into administration thus terminating its dealer agreement with Ford. Under that agreement Ford retained title to cars supplied to the dealer but not yet paid for. Ford was entitled to recall those vehicles and sell them to other dealers.
