Daron Gunson of Parmentier Arthur Group meets Andrew Hubbard the new CIOT President
On 12 May 2009 Andrew Hubbard became President of the CIOT. He has previous Presidential experience having presided over the Association of Taxation Technicians in 2003/04.
I spoke to him recently about his background and his vision for the Presidential year.
Background
Andrew comes from a musical family and initially had plans for a career in music. He gained a doctorate in music at Nottingham University and plays the bassoon and the contra-bassoon in an orchestra in Derby as well as occasionally conducting.
