An International Fiscal Association technical meeting was held at the London office of Deloitte and Touche LLP in May 2004 to discuss current tax issues in securitisation focusing on how tax can drive the structure of transactions both in a purely UK and in a cross-border context. The meeting was chaired by Jonathan Schwarz Chairman of the British Branch of the IFA.
