The government has published the texts of diplomatic notes exchanged with the Crown dependencies and overseas territories, setting out arrangements for disclosure of information on company beneficial ownership to law enforcement and tax authorities. The arrangements with Jersey, Isle of Man, Anguilla, Bermuda, Gibraltar, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and Turks & Caicos Islands all entered into force in April.
