In this special edition of The Tax Journal representatives of some of the UK's biggest and most successful businesses give their perspectives on the key tax issues of the day. Not surprisingly multinational enterprises are focused on the competitiveness of the UK tax environment international and European tax policy and law and on the commercial drivers and perspectives that stimulate the wider economy. The Vodafone Group Tax department representing one of the country's largest most successful dynamic and truly multinational companies is delighted to have been invited to act as guest editor and to pull together a number of articles for this big business special issue.
