Botswana, Eswatini (formerly Swaziland), Jordan and Namibia have signed the multilateral convention on mutual administrative assistance in tax matters, bringing the total number of jurisdictions that participate in the convention to 141.
Jordan has deposited its instrument of ratification for the multilateral convention to implement tax treaty related measures to prevent BEPS (the multilateral instrument – MLI). 53 countries have now ratified, accepted or approved the MLI.
