Inland plc is a company specialising in buying land enhancing it by obtaining valuable planning permissions then selling on to developers. Nish Malde the Finance Director and Stephen Wicks the Chief Executive of Inland already had a successful record in the property sector having previously filled the same roles at Country & Metropolitan plc (listed on the main market) which was founded by Stephen Wicks in 1990 and was sold on to Gladedale Holdings plc in 2005 for £72 million.
Inland floated on AIM in April of 2007 and raised £50 million by way of a placing. The advisers were KBC Peel Hunt and Dawnay Day Corporate Finance ...
