Well it doesn't come much more up-market than the Hilton on Park Lane London. I was looking forward to something special on Thursday 16 September. And in many ways I was proved right. It is of course traditional for the writer of this report to describe his or her journey to the venue in detail. My travels were entirely uneventful and will detain you no longer.
