Pascal Saint-Amans is director of the OECD’s Centre for Tax Policy and Administration. A French national, he joined the OECD in September 2007 and he has played a key role in the advancement of the OECD tax transparency agenda in the context of the G20. Prior to joining the OECD, Pascal worked at the ‘Direction Générale des Impôts’ of the Ministry of Finance in Paris.
