Iain Campbell has worked at HMRC for 30 years, and he has been an elected officer for the Association of Revenue and Customs (a trade union and part of FDA) for longer than he cares to admit. In that role, he works with tax professionals, academics and NGOs on improving public understanding of tax and how things appear to ARC members.
