WRA publishes guidance on landfill disposal tax

The WRA has also published additional guidance on landfill disposal tax, providing detail on:

• how landfill disposals tax works
• determining whether landfill disposal tax is payable
• determining the amount of landfill disposal tax payable
• unauthorised disposals, and
• disclosure of information to third parties

Landfill disposals tax replaced landfill tax in Wales from 1 April 2018.
