The Value Added Tax (Refund of Tax to the Charter Trustees for Bournemouth and the Charter Trustees for Poole) Order, SI 2020/1113 will allow the Charter Trustees for Bournemouth and Poole to claim a refund of tax (under VATA 1994 s 33) in respect of goods and services used for the purposes of a non-business activity. The Order comes into force on 4 November 2020.
