Individuals who are not domiciled in the UK have a number of opportunities to minimise their UK tax liabilities. The tax tips shown below illustrate some of the ways that their status can be exploited to advantage.
1 Ensure that you do not become ordinarily resident in the UK
 
As a resident but not ordinarily resident individual you will only be liable to UK tax on remittances of earnings for duties performed outside the UK even if carried out under a single contract of employment.
