Faculty has ‘continued to receive reports about HMRC’s poor levels of service’ since 2011 survey
The ICAEW, together with the other professional bodies, has been working with HMRC to help find ways to improve its telephone and other services, the ICAEW Tax Faculty said as it invited members to take part in its 2012 survey of HMRC service standards.
‘In order to find out if this work is making a difference, please complete our survey to provide us with vital evidence to show whether things are getting better or deteriorating further,’ it said. The survey has been conducted each year since 2007.
