The Scotland Bill 2015/16 completed its committee stage on 6 July 2015. The Bill makes amendments to the Scotland Act 1998 and further devolves powers to Scotland in accordance with the recommendations of the Smith Commission, including arrangements for sharing of tax information to help the Scottish government decide on the Scottish rate of income tax later this year.
