printer Mail

The OECD Global Forum has published the first 10 reports from its second round of peer reviews assessing compliance with exchange of information standards. The reports cover Ireland, Mauritius and Norway (compliant), Australia, Bermuda, Canada, Cayman Islands, Germany, Qatar (largely compliant) and Jamaica (partially compliant).

The new peer review process focuses on an assessment of the availability of and access by tax authorities to information on beneficial ownership of all legal entities and arrangements, in line with the FATF international standard.
