HMRC has set out its planned programme of negotiations on double taxation agreements (DTAs) and tax information exchange agreements (TIEAs) for 2016. HMRC confirms that it is working on TIEAs with several jurisdictions, and next year will be beginning negotiations on DTAs with Nepal, Romania, Trinidad and Tobago, and Uzbekistan.
