The EU and Andorra have signed a new agreement for automatic exchange of financial account information. The agreement is expected to enter into force in January 2017, with exchange of information due to begin in 2018. This follows similar agreements last year with Switzerland, Liechtenstein and San Marino. Negotiations are continuing with Monaco.
