Simplified processes for fixed transport installations:new guidance on simplified declarations, and whether authorisation is needed to use them, for businesses which import or export goods, such as oil, gas and utilities through a pipeline or power line.
Excise Notice 452:new notice covering how machine games duty is charged and who has to pay.
Declare commercial goods you’re bringing into Great Britain in your accompanied baggage or a small vehicle:updated to explain how to add items to declarations and declaring items brought into Great Britain from the EU.
UK Trade Tariff: exports: Section 8.9 ‘Who can submit arrival and departure messages’ has been updated with contact details for Approved Loader application enquiries.
