‘The AAMs have already helped to resolve nearly 500 client-specific issues on behalf of the registered AAM service users and have delivered learning presentations to 1,300 agents,’ HMRC said in Working Together issue 42. ‘The feedback received from those using the service has been extremely positive.’
The AAM teams offer ‘a streamlined process to resolve ongoing problems more quickly called the Agents' Issue Resolution Service, invitations to HMRC educational events and advance notice of HMRC educational products’. More information is available on the HMRC website.
