This table sets out the measures outlined in the Budget Notes published on 22 June, tells you which proposals will be enacted when, and sets out the effective date of each measure. Finance (No 2) Bill 2010 was published on 1 July. Finance (No 3) Bill 2010 will be published later in the year; a draft Bill will be published later this month. Tax Journal will follow the progress of each Finance Bill and keep you informed of these measures and other proposals outlined in the Budget Red Book published on 22 June, as well as the progress of new and ongoing consultations.
