The Non-Domestic Rating (Small Business Rate Relief) (England) (Amendment) Order, SI 2013/15, extends the increase in small business rate relief in England to 31 March 2014.
The March 2010 Budget announced that the level of the relief would be doubled for one year. That doubling was subsequently extended and was due to end in March 2013, but the chancellor announced a further extension in last month’s autumn statement.
