Chelsea go out of the Carling Cup on penalties and Jose Mourinho claims they didn't lose. It's clearly an undesirable result (for Chelsea the sponsors and the broadcasters) so what if we change the rules of the game today so that say Chelsea goals scored by John Terry with a header always count double? That wouldn't help Mourinho's men now though so let's deem the rule to have been introduced last Sunday so his goal now wins the 1-1...
